Cryo Laser and Cryo Sclerotherapy, also known as CLaCS, is a novel treatment for spider veins and small varicose veins (telengiectasias and reticular veins) pioneered by Prof.Kasuo Miyake, Sao Paulo, Brazil in 1999. The technique uses synergy of transdermal laser and sclerotherapy to offer cosmetic and long lasting results. CLaCS is now available in more than 30 countries around the globe and is looked upon as one of the best available treatment modality for the challenging and difficult to treat C1 disease. CLaCS was initiated at Surekha Varicose Veins Clinic in 2019, and over the past years helped successfully treat hundreds of our patients. Dr.Ashish Dhadas is now known for his proficiency and experience in CLaCS with 50% Dextrose on both national and international forums. We now offer training in this novel treatment modality to interested Phlebologists.
